Bu metin, Brain League mobil oyununu (“Uygulama”) kullandığınızda hangi kişisel verilerinizin, neden, ne kadar süreyle ve kimlerle paylaşılarak işlendiğini anlatır. 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (“KVKK”) madde 10 kapsamındaki aydınlatma yükümlülüğünü ve Avrupa Birliği/Birleşik Krallık Genel Veri Koruma Tüzüğü (“GDPR”) madde 13 kapsamındaki bilgilendirmeyi yerine getirir.

Uygulama’da reklam, analitik veya çökme raporlama yazılımı (SDK) yoktur ve uygulama içi satın alma sunulmamaktadır. Serbest metin sohbet yoktur; oyuncular arasındaki tek etkileşim hazır emoji reaksiyonlarıdır. Diğer oyuncular tarafından görülen kullanıcı kaynaklı metin yalnızca görünen adınız ve kullanıcı adınızdır.

Açık rıza gerektiren bir işleme faaliyeti yürütmüyoruz. Verilerinizi reklam, profilleme veya pazarlama amacıyla kullanmıyor, satmıyoruz. Elo puanı ve sıralamalar, maç sonuçlarından otomatik hesaplanır; bu hesaplama hakkınızda hukuki sonuç doğuran bir karar niteliği taşımaz.
4.Verilerin paylaşımı ve aktarımı
Diğer oyuncular: görünen adınız, kullanıcı adınız, avatarınız, ülke bayrağınız, Elo/lig bilgileriniz, çevrimiçi durumunuz ve maç sonuçlarınız; rakipleriniz, arkadaşlarınız ve liderlik tablolarını görenler tarafından görülebilir. E-posta adresiniz hiçbir zaman diğer oyunculara gösterilmez.
Hizmet sağlayıcılar (veri işleyenler):
Güzel Hosting (Türkiye): sunucu barındırma. Verileriniz Türkiye’deki bir sunucuda tutulur.
Cloudflare, Inc. (ABD merkezli): alan adı/DNS, içerik dağıtımı ve saldırı koruması. Uygulama ile sunucumuz arasındaki trafik (IP adresi dahil) Cloudflare üzerinden geçer.
Google LLC: “Google ile giriş” seçtiğinizde kimlik doğrulama. Apple Inc.: “Apple ile giriş” seçtiğinizde (iOS) kimlik doğrulama. Bu hizmetlerin kendi gizlilik politikaları geçerlidir.
Yetkili makamlar: yasal bir yükümlülük veya geçerli bir talep varsa, yalnızca gerektiği ölçüde.
Verilerinizi üçüncü kişilere reklam veya ticari amaçla satmayız veya kiralamayız.
Yurt dışına aktarım: Cloudflare, Google ve Apple’ın hizmet altyapıları yurt dışında bulunabildiğinden, bu hizmetlerin kullanımı sırasında verileriniz yurt dışına aktarılabilir. Aktarımlar, KVKK madde 9’da öngörülen şartlara uygun olarak ve ilgili sağlayıcıların sunduğu sözleşmesel güvenceler çerçevesinde gerçekleştirilir. AB/AEA veya Birleşik Krallık’ta bulunuyorsanız aynı güvenceler GDPR Bölüm V kapsamında geçerlidir.
5.Saklama süreleri
Hesap ve oyun verileri: hesabınız var olduğu sürece. Silme talebi üzerine veya hesap kapatıldığında en geç 30 gün içinde silinir ya da sizi belirlenemez hale getirecek şekilde anonimleştirilir.
Sunucu erişim ve hata günlükleri (IP dahil): yaklaşık 14 gün.
Yedekler: barındırma sağlayıcısının günlük yedek döngüsünde tutulur; silinen veriler bu döngü içinde yedeklerden de kaybolur.
Hareketsiz misafir hesaplar: uzun süre (24 ay) hiç kullanılmayan misafir hesaplar ve verileri silinebilir.
Yasal saklama yükümlülüğü veya bir uyuşmazlık varsa, ilgili veriler gereken süre boyunca saklanır.
6.Güvenlik
Uygulama ile sunucu arasındaki tüm iletişim TLS (HTTPS/WSS) ile şifrelenir. Şifre saklamayız (giriş Google/Apple üzerinden yapılır). Oturum anahtarları cihazda güvenli depolamada tutulur; erişim yetkilendirme, istek sınırlaması ve yönetim arayüzü koruması uygulanır. Ancak hiçbir sistem %100 güvenli değildir; bir ihlalin sizi etkileyebileceği durumlarda mevzuatın öngördüğü süre ve usullerle ilgili kişilere ve makamlara bildirim yaparız.
7.Haklarınız ve başvuru
KVKK madde 11 uyarınca; kişisel verilerinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme, işlenmişse bilgi talep etme, işlenme amacını ve amacına uygun kullanılıp kullanılmadığını öğrenme, yurt içinde/yurt dışında aktarıldığı üçüncü kişileri bilme, eksik/yanlış işlenmişse düzeltilmesini isteme, KVKK madde 7 çerçevesinde silinmesini veya yok edilmesini isteme, bu işlemlerin aktarıldığı üçüncü kişilere bildirilmesini isteme, otomatik analiz sonucu aleyhinize bir sonuç çıkmasına itiraz etme ve kanuna aykırı işleme nedeniyle zarara uğramanız hâlinde zararın giderilmesini talep etme haklarına sahipsiniz.
GDPR kapsamında ayrıca erişim, düzeltme, silme (“unutulma”), işlemeyi kısıtlama, veri taşınabilirliği ve işlemeye itiraz haklarına sahipsiniz; bir denetim otoritesine şikayette bulunabilirsiniz.
Başvuru: talebinizi [email protected] adresine yazılı olarak iletin. Kimliğinizi doğrulayabilmemiz için hesabınızla ilişkili bilgiyi (ör. kullanıcı adınız veya giriş yaptığınız Google/Apple e-postası) belirtin. Başvurunuzu niteliğine göre en geç 30 gün içinde ücretsiz olarak sonuçlandırırız. Cevabımızdan memnun kalmazsanız Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu’na (kvkk.gov.tr) veya bulunduğunuz ülkenin veri koruma otoritesine başvurabilirsiniz.
8.Hesap ve veri silme
Hesabınızın ve ona bağlı kişisel verilerinizin silinmesini istediğinizde:
[email protected] adresine, konu satırında “Hesap Silme Talebi” yazarak bir e-posta gönderin.
Hesabınızı belirlememiz için kullanıcı adınızı (Ayarlar / Profil ekranında görünür) veya giriş yaptığınız Google/Apple e-posta adresini yazın. Hesabın gerçekten size ait olduğunu doğrulamak için ek bilgi isteyebiliriz.
Talebiniz doğrulandıktan sonra hesabınız ve kişisel verileriniz en geç 30 gün içinde silinir veya anonimleştirilir; işlem tamamlanınca size e-postayla bildiririz.
Silinen hesap geri getirilemez; Elo puanınız, istatistikleriniz ve başarımlarınız kalıcı olarak kaybolur. Uygulamayı cihazdan silmek, sunucudaki hesabınızı silmez; misafir olarak oynadıysanız ve hesabınızı silmek istiyorsanız yukarıdaki yolu kullanabilirsiniz.
9.Çocuklar
Uygulama 13 yaşından küçük çocuklara yönelik değildir; 13 yaşından küçüklerin kişisel verilerini bilerek toplamayız. 13–18 yaş arasındaki kullanıcıların Uygulama’yı ebeveyn veya yasal vasilerinin bilgisi ve izniyle kullanması gerekir. 13 yaşından küçük bir çocuğa ait veri işlediğimizi fark edersek ilgili hesabı ve verileri derhal sileriz; bunu fark ederseniz lütfen bize bildirin.
10.Değişiklikler ve iletişim
Bu metni yasal düzenlemeler veya Uygulama’daki değişiklikler (ör. yeni bir özellik, yeni bir hizmet sağlayıcı) doğrultusunda güncelleyebiliriz. Önemli değişiklikleri bu sayfada yürürlük tarihini güncelleyerek ve makul bir süre önceden Uygulama/Site üzerinden duyurarak yayımlarız.
This policy explains which personal data we process when you use the Brain League mobile game (the “App”), why, for how long, and with whom it is shared. It is also the information notice required by the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”, art. 10) and by art. 13 of the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”).

Stored on your device: the session token, the anonymous device ID, your name/username and preferences (theme, language, sound, vibration). Uninstalling the App removes them from the device.
What we do not collect: location, contacts, photos, camera, audio recordings, phone number, payment information or advertising ID. The App contains no advertising, analytics or crash-reporting SDKs and offers no in-app purchases. There is no free-text chat; the only interaction between players is preset emoji reactions. The only user-generated text other players can see is your display name and username.
3.Purposes and legal bases

We do not carry out any processing that requires consent. We do not use your data for advertising, profiling or marketing, and we never sell it. Elo ratings and rankings are calculated automatically from match results; this does not amount to a decision producing legal effects concerning you.
4.Sharing and transfers
Other players: your display name, username, avatar, country flag, Elo/league information, online status and match results are visible to your opponents, your friends and anyone viewing leaderboards. Your email address is never shown to other players.
Service providers (processors):
Güzel Hosting (Türkiye): server hosting. Your data is stored on a server in Türkiye.
Cloudflare, Inc. (US-based): DNS, content delivery and attack protection. Traffic between the App and our server (including IP addresses) passes through Cloudflare.
Google LLC: authentication when you choose “Sign in with Google”. Apple Inc.: authentication when you choose “Sign in with Apple” (iOS). Their own privacy policies apply to those services.
Authorities: only where required by law or a valid legal request, and only to the extent necessary.
We do not sell or rent your data to third parties for advertising or commercial purposes.
International transfers: because the infrastructure of Cloudflare, Google and Apple may be located outside Türkiye, your data may be transferred abroad when you use those services. Transfers are made in accordance with KVKK art. 9 and under the contractual safeguards offered by the relevant providers. If you are in the EU/EEA or the UK, the same safeguards apply under Chapter V GDPR.
5.Retention
Account and gameplay data: for as long as your account exists. On a deletion request, or when the account is closed, it is deleted or irreversibly anonymised within 30 days at the latest.
Server access and error logs (including IP): approximately 14 days.
Backups: held within the hosting provider’s daily backup cycle; deleted data disappears from backups within that cycle.
Inactive guest accounts: guest accounts unused for a long period (24 months) and their data may be deleted.
Where a legal retention duty or a dispute applies, the relevant data is kept for as long as necessary.
6.Security
All communication between the App and our server is encrypted with TLS (HTTPS/WSS). We do not store passwords (sign-in is through Google/Apple). Session tokens are kept in secure storage on your device; we apply access authorisation, rate limiting and protection of our administration interface. No system is 100% secure; if a breach may affect you, we will notify the people and authorities concerned within the time limits and in the manner required by law.
7.Your rights
Under KVKK art. 11 you may: learn whether your data is processed; request information about it; learn its purposes and whether it is used accordingly; know the third parties it is transferred to at home or abroad; request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data; request erasure or destruction under art. 7; request notification of these actions to recipients; object to an outcome against you produced by automated analysis; and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
Under the GDPR you also have the rights of access, rectification, erasure (“right to be forgotten”), restriction of processing, data portability and objection, and you may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
How to apply: send your request in writing to [email protected]. So that we can verify your identity, include information linked to your account (e.g. your username or the Google/Apple email you signed in with). We will conclude your request free of charge within 30 days at the latest, depending on its nature. If you are not satisfied with our reply, you may complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board (kvkk.gov.tr) or to the data protection authority of your country.
8.Account & data deletion
To have your account and the personal data linked to it deleted:
Send an email to [email protected] with the subject “Account Deletion Request”.
Include your username (shown on the Settings / Profile screen) or the Google/Apple email you signed in with, so that we can locate the account. We may ask for extra information to confirm the account is yours.
Once verified, your account and personal data are deleted or anonymised within 30 days at the latest; we will email you when it is done.
A deleted account cannot be restored; your Elo rating, statistics and achievements are permanently lost. Uninstalling the App does not delete your account on the server; if you played as a guest and want your data deleted, use the process above.
9.Children
The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. Users aged 13–18 must use the App with the knowledge and permission of a parent or legal guardian. If we learn that we process data of a child under 13, we will promptly delete the account and its data; if you notice this, please tell us.
10.Changes and contact
We may update this policy to reflect legal changes or changes to the App (for example a new feature or a new service provider). We publish material changes on this page by updating the effective date and, where reasonable, announce them in advance through the App or the Site.
